SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea announced Monday it is extending its launch period for a controversial rocket test by one week, and an expert tells Fox News so much has gone wrong with preparations for the launch the country might be better off postponing the operation for months.
Charles Vick, an aerospace expert for Globalsecurity.org, says bad weather has led to temperature has turned the fueling process into a "technical mess" for the North Koreans, dismissing any political motivation for the extension of the launch period.
